Programmed Property Services is part of the larger Australasian company, Programmed Group. During the 1950s, Programmed pioneered the concept of long term property maintenance. Today, the concept is utilized by over 10,000 customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Their customer base extends across a diverse range of industries, from commercial and educational institutions to health and manufacturing.
New Zealand Operation
In New Zealand via 15 branches, they provide Painting, Signage and Grounds services for both new projects and ongoing maintenance projects across New Zealand. Their key point of difference is firstly their multi service offering of Painting, Signage and Grounds and secondly their ability to finance projects across multiple year Programmes. Programmes typically include yearly maintenance to insure the ongoing upkeep and protection of client assets and brand presentation to the market plus spread of project costs.
Reporting to the Canterbury Branch Manager, in this role you will be focused on growth. With the strong backing of Programme's reputation in the market and their range of quality service offerings you will utilize your skills and connections hunting out new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact to meet the customer's needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer's satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for detailing sales plans to achieve revenue objectives and maintaining monthly forecasts and sales pipelines. You will be supported with strong systems and processes, excellent products, strong brand and market presence. More importantly, this is an organisation that has a history of developing its staff and providing a career path to aspire to.
Finding the right calibre person for this role is the most important criteria to us. As such we are open minded as to the industry sector you may come from. However, you will be able to highlight a strong professional Sales / Business Development capability.
A key for us will be your ability to highlight a track record in developing new business with a strong call cycle. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and be driven by a passion for sales with the ability to work autonomously. You will be a strong team player and have the ability to apply your initiative via a disciplined call cycle which will be critical to your success in this role.
Alternatively, we are also interested in hearing from persons with a background in construction, painting, contract management, building or property-related service industry that want to embark on a Sales Career with a company that has a world class range of services and maintenance programmes.
