They cover a diverse range of sectors including transport, infrastructure, water, energy, land development and quarrying.  



Fulton Hogan has embarked on a program of work to embed Identity and Access Management (IAM) into its core business systems and processes. As part of this program of a work a new position has been created to be the subject matter expert on IAM and integration with Fulton Hogan’s core business systems relating to on-boarding / off-boarding processes.

As the IAM program of work is still in its infancy you will have the ability to bring your knowledge, experience and leadership into Fulton Hogan’s IAM program taking operational ownership of the IAM solution.



Reporting to the Group Manager of IT & Innovation, the IAM System Analyst will bridge the gap between, business systems, security and business stakeholders.  

This role will support the delivery of Fulton Hogan’s IAM program over multiple stages and is also responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Identity and Access Management solution including, planning, design, development and support. The responsibility will extend to other applications supporting the IAM solution such as Microsoft Active directory.

The IAM System Analyst role has the ability to make general decisions and problem solve with autonomy based upon a solid knowledge of IAM functions, processes and procedures.

The role drives the priority and time management of their own efforts to support and resolve assigned activities and communicate results and findings to end users and management as necessary.



  • Champion all aspects of the IAM Program, including the business value, ownership of the IAM platform roadmap.
  • Participate in solution architecture design
  • Assist with the integration and implementation of the IAM solution
  • Develop, manage and monitor controls ensure compliance in the areas of user provisioning, recertification, and access management
  • Level 2 IAM solution support and initial triage of issues
  • Liaise with product vendor and any 3rd party support provider
  • Managing the lifecycle of all related support tickets
  • Maintaining internal documentation, user manuals and procedures to ensure information is recorded and accurate
  •  Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Conducts proper root cause analysis and makes recommendations to improve IAM processes  
  • Make sound decisions in addressing end-user’s access and other security related issues and recommend improvements to address security issues or gaps.


  • Exposure to Identity and Access Management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
  • Experience with Scripting & automation, including PowerShell
  • Experience within a large enterprise environment with complex systems
  • Excellent Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of API integration


  • Experience with Quest Identity Manager
