The Role:

The core of this role is to plan and deliver multi-facted commercial interiors projects.  In this competitive world, design has to be good, the wow factor, the flow, the happy people, but it is the role of the Project Manager  to put their talent to work and really understand the client, providing insight, guiding and validating at the start.  From this stage, estimates, budgets, programmes follow and it would be your role to align this with the carry through of the design intent.  The result:  simply better.

You:

You will be an experienced and competent Project Manager with the proven ability to able to work on behalf of the client on complex projects, sometimes over a number of locations.  You will have a solid knowledge of construction programmes and budgets, plus be able to offer guidance on design management, compliance and process. Good support is availabel and the ability to make the best of this is valued.

  • Typically 7 years plus experience and ideally 2+ years in commercial interiors / fitouts
  • Excellent client relations
  • Keen to take ownership of projects.

Clients are typically a solid mix of corporate retail and media organisations, often highly serviced and design-led environments - workplace, executive and facilties.
