This is a very interestingly project for a talented Business Consultant / Analyst to get their teeth into.  While there is already some IT functionality in place around Human Resources, there is an urgent requirement to assess and review exactly what is needed and to educate on what could be provided.  The final delivery will be developing a business case for both areas.

We need a confident, experienced Business Consultant / Analyst who can take a partial brief, get this activity underway and manage the stakeholders on their way to providing the future IT path to support Human Resources.  Ideally you will have had exposure to some aspects of IT supporting Human Resources ie.(payroll, H&S, erp, recruitment systems ) combined with well rounded business analysis skills.
