This is a very interestingly project for a talented Business Consultant / Analyst to get their teeth into. While there is already some functionalityin place around CRM and HRIS, there is an urgent requriement to assess and review exactly what is needed and to educate on what could be provided. The final delivery will be developing a business case for both areas.
We need a confident, experienced Business Consultant who can take a partial brief, get this activity underway and manage the stakeholders on their way to providing the future path for CRM and HRIS. Ideally such a person will have had expsoure to CRM and/ HRIS, combined with well rounded business analysis skills.
